Det började igårkväll. // It started yesterday evening.
Och fortsatte under natten och morgonen. // And continued during the night and the early morning.
Då och då under dagen sprack molntäcket upp och solen tittade fram. // Now and then during the day the clouds parted and the sunshine came through.
För att en timme senare försvinna i ett blurr av grytlappsstora snöflingor! // But one hour later the sun disappeared behind a flurry of palmsize big snowflakes!
